Singaraja- PJM Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) continues to spur quality improvement in order to strengthen competitiveness. This is expected to get full support from all lines, both at the level of units, study programs, and faculties/postgraduates. This was conveyed in the Workshop on the Preparation of Learning Monev Guidelines and Instruments and Satisfaction Instruments (Students, Lecturers, Employees, Alumni and Users) in 2023 in Ganesha Room 2, 2nd Floor of Undiksha Rectorate, Monday (04/09/2023). The activity was attended by the Head, Secretary of PJM Undiksha, Vice Dean I FBS, Vice Dean I FMIPA, Vice Dean I FTK, Head of GKM Faculty / Postgraduate, and The manager of the Quality Assurance Center in the context of delivering related to Service Satisfaction currently owned by Undiksha in Education, Prof. Dr. I Gede Sudirtha, S.Pd., M.Pd., said that the satisfaction of Undiksha services to Students, Lecturers, Employees, Alumni and Users still needs to be improved and developed so that in the future Undiksha can become a Superior University Based on the Tri Hita Karana Philosophy in Asia in 2045 in accordance with Undiksha’s current vision and is expected Undiksha can also provide maximum service so that Students, Lecturers, Employees, Alumni and Users can feel good Undiksha service. PJM Undiksha through the activity of the Workshop on the Preparation of Learning Monev Guidelines and Instruments and Satisfaction Instruments (Students, Lecturers, Employees, Alumni and Users) in 2023 which was resource person by the Secretary of PJM Undiksha Prof. Dr. Made Agus Dharmadi, S.Pd., M.Pd. explained that Undiksha needs to make changes even though little by little at least it has tried to continue to encourage all community members in Undiksha to provide full service and have patience high in serving both from Students, Lecturers, Employees, Alumni and Users so that in the future Undiksha will be more qualified and have high competitiveness.
