MISSION OF THE CENTER FOR SCHOOL FIELD INTRODUCTION
- Develop a field experience programme that is in accordance with the mandate of the law and the demands of the development of science and technology.
- Develop a partnership improvement programme between educational institutions, the government and all stakeholders in the community.
- Organizing a field experience programme based on integrated guidelines and standards.
PURPOSE OF SCHOOL FIELD INTRODUCTION CENTER
The general objective of the PLP Center is to develop a vehicle for student teacher candidates to practice in order to have the ability to demonstrate performance in real situations, both in teaching activities and other teacher duties in accordance with the demands of national education standards/institutions.
The PLP Center’s Special Objectives are to help students to:
- Carefully identify the physical, administrative, academic, socio-psychological environment of the school and the developing management system;
- Mastering and able to develop aspects of pedagogic competence in various basic teaching skills;
- Able to apply various professional abilities of teachers in a complete and integrated manner in real situations;
- Able to develop personal and social aspects in the school environment; and
- Draw conclusions on the educational value of his appreciation and experience during the training through reflection and put the results of the reflection in the form of a report.
