Singaraja, Thursday, October 24, 2024 – The Institute for Quality Assurance and Learning Development of Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) held a public lecture with the theme “Attitudes and Characters of Entrepreneurial Pioneer Students.” This event took place in the Undiksha Postgraduate Auditorium, attended by students and lecturers who are interested in the world of entrepreneurship.
This public lecture presented two main speakers, namely I Wayan Pardi, a practitioner and entrepreneurship expert, and Rangga Krisna Saputra, a successful young entrepreneur who has won many awards in the field of creative business. They shared their experiences and views on the importance of attitudes and characters that must be possessed by students who want to become entrepreneurial pioneers.
I Wayan Pardi in his presentation emphasized the importance of having a strong and solution-oriented entrepreneurial spirit. According to him, students need to learn to see opportunities in every challenge they face and have a disciplined, innovative, and able to adapt quickly to changes.
Meanwhile, Rangga Krisna Saputra invited students to build confidence and courage in starting a business. “Starting a business at a young age is a great opportunity to learn and develop yourself. Failure is part of the learning process, and from every failure we find new strength,” said Rangga in his sharing session.
This event is expected to be able to encourage Undiksha students to have a strong mentality and character as prospective entrepreneurs. This public lecture is also a momentum to build an entrepreneurial ecosystem in the campus environment, where students not only pursue academic grades, but also hone entrepreneurial skills that can have a positive impact on society.
