Singaraja – In an effort to improve the quality of online learning, the Institute for Quality Assurance and Learning Development Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) held a workshop entitled “Optimizing the Creation of E-Learning Courses with SPADA Indonesia Templates.” This event was held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at the UPA ICT Undiksha Room, and was attended by lecturers and education staff who focused on the development of online-based learning.
This workshop presented resource persons Fajar Priyautama and Agus Sumantri, both from the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs (Belmawa) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). This activity aims to provide a deeper understanding of the use and optimization of the SPADA Indonesia platform as an online learning medium, as well as introduce steps to create effective and interesting courses.
Fajar Priyautama in his presentation explained, “SPADA Indonesia is a forum to organize online learning that is integrated nationally, so lecturers need to be able to optimize existing functions and features so that students can feel the benefits of learning to the maximum.” According to him, the template provided at SPADA Indonesia allows lecturers to more easily create online courses that are of high quality and meet the set learning standards.
Agus Sumantri added the importance of following the template standards that have been provided in SPADA Indonesia. “The use of this template makes it easier for lecturers to organize learning content, so that it is easier for students to understand and access. In addition, this helps ensure that all institutions follow national standards in online learning,” said Agus. He also encouraged lecturers to continue to innovate in delivering material, especially in facing technological challenges and student adaptation.
This activity is expected to make a real contribution to supporting the transformation of quality online learning in the higher education environment, especially in Undiksha. Workshop participants welcomed this opportunity as a means of developing lecturers’ competencies in managing online learning that is more effective and innovative.
