2.1 Teaching Metods
PSU Wittayanusorn Surat Thani School teachers generally use active learning methods, integrated games in learning, such as crossword puzzles or the teacher gives topics then students describe the material with the group and present it to their peers. This is the right method for PSU Wittayanusorn Surat Thani School students and learning geography. First they will be reminded of the previous material that has been taught, then the teacher will explain the next material to stimulate student knowledge. Furthermore students are given topics to be discussed in groups, students will draw and write the results of the discussion on one sheet of paper. Then students wait for the results of the discussion, and the questions and answers between students and teachers. At the end of the presentation the teacher gave an explanation of the material.
2.2 Learning Materials and Innovations
The teacher uses materials based on the basic core curriculum, syllabus, and Geography Books from the State of Thailand. For innovation, the teacher uses the Aktive Learning method.
2.3 Source of Learning by Teachers
Resources used by teachers for geography are textbooks and atlases. Textbooks are books that contain material and are used as student study guides.
2.4 Measurement and Evaluation System
Student assessments and evaluations are obtained from tests held at the end of each material usually held at the third meeting. Also given midterm and end of semester exams. The teacher also gives an additional value in the form of student character class in the form of class presentations, asking questions, and actions when following the lesson. Additional grades will help students to help the final grade.
- Teaching Plan
3.1 Curriculum
They use the curriculum and syllabus from the Thai government. A week of learning is held for 5 days Monday-Friday.
3.2 Teaching Plan
The teacher prior to learning prepares learning by making lesson plans. The learning plan in Thailand is only a guide for the teacher and the teacher is not only focused on the learning plan depending on the conditions of learning. The plan for learning geography teachers in Tahiland is more focused on one material theme in one week and every hour of learning only focuses on one material in geography learning

4.2 Time Management and Organizing Activities
My mentor Teacher Anongkorn Poolklub, gave me understanding before teaching to help me manage my class well, such as:
– Preparing lesson plans: He told me that I had to make my lesson plans clear, because that would be the right study guide.
– Preparing supporting material, maps, several images, topic variables and PowerPoint presentations
– Arrange classes and be patient as a teacher
– Manage time: PSU school The Wittayanusorn Suratthani School is a time disciplined school, so I have to follow the school schedule.
4.3 Problem Solving
The first problem I faced when teaching students was given access to bring cellphones to school making them play cellphones during class, I gave students the freedom to play cellphones but to open a search page for English dictionaries and African continent materials. The second problem I faced was the difference in English accents in naming regions, I made student communication and I spoke slowly when mentioning names of regions.

- SUMMARY & SUGGESTIONS
5.1 Purposes of practicum
- Purposes for the practicum teacher :
1.To gain experience teaching students abroad
2.To study to become a geography teacher and learn English
- To deal with real situations become a good and right geography teacher
- Purposes for the students
Guided by the lesson plan the aim of teaching practice is students can understand the topic of learning. Here are some indicators that students must achieve on the topic of the African Continent in Mathayom 2 class:
- Students understand the location and boundaries of the African Continent.
- Students can explain the climate, topography, population, and social conditions of the African Continent.
- Students can identify environmental problems and solutions from the African Continent.
5.2 Outcomes of the Practice
- I become confident to teach in front of real students
- I can learn to be a good and right geography teacher
- I gained a new experience as a geography teacher abroad
5.3 Challenges of the Practice
The challenge of teaching practice in Thailand is that I teach Mathayom 2 students, students prefer to play and joke. therefore I will give quiz questions so that they are more focused while studying. other than that my English challenges and students who can speak a little English I face by preparing materials as simple as possible so that students can remember. And the last challenge related to the language accent of the name of an area, I face by slowing down the mention of the name of the area.
5.4 Overall Impression
Learning practice programs are good, evidenced by the addition of new experiences between teachers and students. Moreover, it can provide a new understanding of learning methods and learning outcomes in Thailand. Can be applied in Indonesia, when the method is suitable. Then open new insights for a prospective geography teacher in the industrial revolution 4.0.
5.5 Suggestion for Future Improvement
It is hoped students who take part in this program next year will read more about Thai geography, especially Thai human geography. Although Thailand and Indonesia are in one ASEAN. Have different cultural characteristics and learning climate
