The Institute for Learning Development and Quality Assurance Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (LPPPM Undiksha) is one of the institutions of the main structure within Undiksha. LPPPM Undiksha was established in 2016, based on the regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education No. 14 of 2016, concerning the Organization and Work Procedure of Undiksha. LPPPM is an element of strategic planning, development, and implementation in the fields of learning and the profession as well as a guarantor of the quality of education.

- Develop education, learning and quality assurance systems for education as well as professional development.
- Planning strategic programmes. curriculum and network of internal and external cooperation.
- Develop resources for educators, education personnel and educational support services.

Carry out coordination, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of learning development activities and quality assurance.
LPPPM Undiksha has the following functions:
- preparation of institutional plans, programmes and budgets;
- implementation of academic quality assurance system development;
- coordination and implementation of learning development activities;
- implementation of academic quality assurance;
- implementation of facilitation for improving academic quality;
- monitoring and evaluation of learning development and academic quality assurance;
- implementation of the administrative affairs of the institution.
