Singaraja- In order to close Undiksha’s internal Instructional Engineering Training (PEKERTI), the Institute for Quality Assurance and Learning Development (LPMPP) held outbound activities in Sunnas Pathya, Menyali Village, Sawan District, Buleleng. (3/9/2023). The participants consisting of dozens of lecturers are expected to be more qualified in carrying out the learning process for students. Participants participated in various games to foster a sense of community and as a refresh after six days of participating in classroom activities. The activity wrapped in a family atmosphere was attended by the Head of LPMPP, Prof. Dr. I Gede Sudirtha, S.Pd., M.Pd. and accompanied by Secretary of LPMPP, Prof. Dr. I Made Tegeh, S.Pd., M.Pd and the entire implementing committee of Undiksha Ethics in 2023. The event began with remarks by the Head of LPMPP who on this occasion he explained that Instructional Engineering Training (PEKERTI) is a training program that can be utilized in order to improve the professional competence of lecturers in holding functional positions, especially in improving pedagogical skills. After the opening, the event continued with a joint gymnastics session which then the outbound participants were divided into several groups to carry out a competition that honed teamwork. Furthermore, the event was closed by handing over prizes to the winning group of the competition and a group photo session.
