Singaraja- PJM Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) continues to spur quality improvement in order to strengthen competitiveness. This is expected to get full support from all lines, both at the level of units, study programs, and faculties/postgraduates. This was conveyed in the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the Preparation of SOPs for Higher Education Tridharma in 2023 in the Niti Sastra Room, Faculty of Language and Arts Undiksha, Tuesday (29/08/2023). The activity was attended by Vice Rector for Academic Affairs and Cooperation, Head of LPMPP, Head of LPPM, Secretary of LPMPP Undiksha, Secretary of PJM Undiksha, Bureau of Academic and Student Affairs, Head of GKM Faculty/Postgraduate, UPA ICT Representative, UPA Library Representative, UPA Language, Head of Curriculum Center, Head of HR Center, coordinator LPPM employees, Faculty/Postgraduate staff representatives, and Quality Assurance Center Managers in the context of submission related to POS Documents that are already owned, have not, or will be made by related institutions, Faculties, and Units. Vice Rector for Academic Affairs and Cooperation Undiksha, Prof. Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T., M.T.I., said that there are still many POS owned by Undiksha that have not fully followed the format according to the current regulations so that there is a need for mapping and improving existing POS documents and those to be compiled by Undiksha, so far Undiksha already has several POS documents in each line but does not fully have legality on POS documents aforementioned. PJM Undiksha through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities which were resource persons by the Secretary of PJM Undiksha Prof. Dr. Made Agus Dharmadi, S.Pd., M.Pd. explained that Undiksha needs to sort out existing POS, POS to be prepared so that it can revise existing POS and make the necessary POS complete starting from clarity of legality to flow chart on the POS Document. He also provided material for the preparation of POS documents in detail so that later the POS Documents to be prepared would meet the current regulatory standards. It is also expected that existing and future POS documents will have valid legality. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) participants enthusiastically listened to the presentation of the material presented by Prof. Dr. Made Agus Dharmadi, S.Pd., M.Pd. from beginning to end. The enthusiasm of the participants also did not end there, participants continued to work on compiling POS Documents to produce draft POS Documents that can be used as a reference when making POS Documents in each line within Ganesha University of Education.
