I am Putu Rahmayanti, and you can call me Rahma or Anti (everything that will make you sleep at night ^^). I am a student in 7th semester of English Language Education, Faculty of Language and Art, Ganesha University of Education. I am a tiny and simple girl, but I have a lot of dreams. My biggest dream is to make my parents and family proud and happy of me. I want to make all people around me happy, get a good job, share my experiences and go to abroad to see others country with my eyes. I want to interact with new people with different cultures, language and experiences. I want to learn something new and get great experiences from them. Okay, That’s simple dream and every child of course has that dream. But it means a lot for me.
I ever lost my opportunity to go abroad. Of course, it made me down and lost my hope. But, at that stage someone came to me and told me everything will be okay, it’s just about the time and the chance that will come to me. I believe on what he said to me, and find the other chance to make me fly. And I got that chance. At the first time I was not sure it will be worked because there were so many students joined the test and they looked so smart and good students. Okay, I started to go down, but I remembered what this man said to me and I tried to believe on myself. I did all the test and waited for the result.
In the period of waiting for the result, I can’t sleep well and it was almost 2 months. But in June, a bright light came to me, good news came in this sweet June. It is time to face a new journey and learn new things. I will teach but also learn a lot from this Teaching Practice Overseas Program (PPL-LN). I go to Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City. But it will be different. When the others students teach High School students, I will teach college students. Wow! it seems like I am as their lecturer, even though I am still a student like them. It will be a great challenge for me. Let’s fly to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam and teach to learn many things from this city!
